Where you deploy redirect.html. QR codes encode base-url?id=CODE_ID.

Quick setup:
1. Create a free project at console.firebase.google.com
2. Enable Realtime Database → start in test mode
3. Copy your app config JSON and paste above
4. Deploy redirect.html (from this folder) to Netlify Drop or GitHub Pages
5. Paste that deployed URL as Redirect Base URL
